With a focus on nurturing the whole child, our Pre-Kindergarten program provides a safe, caring and supportive environment where every child is known, valued and encouraged to build confidence, develop school readiness and thrive.
Open to children turning four years of age by 31 May, our Pre-Kindergarten program provides a nurturing, play-based environment where children develop confidence, curiosity and school readiness. Through engaging experiences, students are introduced to pre-literacy, phonics and pre-numeracy skills, giving them a strong foundation for lifelong learning.
Our bright, welcoming and secure learning spaces encourage exploration, creativity and discovery through a balance of structured learning and purposeful play, both indoors and outdoors. As part of a Pre-Kindergarten to Year 12 school in Macquarie Fields, students also enjoy opportunities to participate in Chapel, Library visits and whole-school events, helping them transition confidently into Kindergarten and beyond.
Play is the work of a child.
Strong partnerships between home and school are at the heart of our Pre-Kindergarten program. Our teachers work closely with families, celebrating each child's achievements while providing guidance and support as they prepare for the transition to Primary School.
At Macarthur Adventist College, we believe the early years lay the foundation for lifelong learning. Our goal is for every child to begin Primary School with the confidence, resilience and readiness to thrive in the classroom and beyond.
Anyone who welcomes a little child like this on my behalf, welcomes me.
