How to Enrol

Our Enrolment Process

Thank you for considering enrolling your child at Macarthur Adventist College.

Enrolment Process

We welcome applications from families who value the Christ-centred ethos and educational philosophy of Macarthur Adventist College. As part of the enrolment process, parents and students are asked to support the values, practices and policies of the College.

International Student Enrolments

Macarthur Adventist College is not currently accepting enrolment applications from international students, including students applying under a Subclass 500 (Student) visa.

We appreciate your interest in our college and thank you for your understanding.

Step 1 – Submit an Application

Applications are completed online through our Enrolment Portal. To help us assess your application, please provide the following supporting documentation:

  • Birth certificate
  • Passport and visa (for international students, where applicable)
  • Most recent school reports (where applicable)
  • Immunisation history statement
  • Medicare card
  • Any legal documentation relating to family arrangements (such as Family Court orders or Apprehended Violence Orders)
  • Any relevant specialist reports relating to learning support, disability, medical or behavioural needs

Step 2 – Enrolment Deposit

Once your application has been received, a non-refundable enrolment deposit of $150 is payable to progress your application.

Step 3 – Family Interview

As families progress through the enrolment process, they will be invited to attend an interview with either the Deputy Principal for Primary or Deputy Principal for Secondary, depending on the student's year of entry.

Please note that, due to the volume of applications received, not all applications will progress to interview stage.

For children applying forKindergarten, students must turn five years of age on or before31 May in their year of entry.
