Macarthur Adventist College offers a range of scholarships that recognise and encourage excellence across academics, sport, the arts and service. Scholarships are available to enrolled students who demonstrate outstanding achievement, commitment and potential in their chosen area.
Scholarships are awarded to students who meet the selection criteria and demonstrate excellence, commitment and potential in their chosen area. Recipients are expected to uphold the values and ethos of Macarthur Adventist College and maintain a high standard throughout the scholarship period.
Scholarships are awarded for one academic year. Students who have previously received a scholarship are welcome to reapply for subsequent years.
Applications should be submitted using the College Scholarship Application Form. Applicants are encouraged to include any supporting documentation that demonstrates their achievements, experience or potential. All applications are reviewed before being considered for approval by the College Management Committee.
Applications generally close at the end of Term 3 in the year prior to the scholarship commencing. Successful applicants are typically notified before the end of Term 4. The College reserves the right to vary these timeframes where appropriate, including for students enrolling during the school year.
Each scholarship provides a 15% reduction in tuition fees for one academic year. All other costs, including camps, consumable fees, uniforms and textbook hire, remain the responsibility of the family.
