As Principal of Macarthur Adventist College, it is my pleasure to welcome you to learn more about our wonderful College. An Adventist education focuses not only on learning, but the whole child: their wellbeing, character, and development – a holistic approach. Our goal at Macarthur, is for each student to thrive at school, growing not only in knowledge but in character, resilience and maturity.
With an aim to develop life-long learners, our Christ-centred environment supports and encourages our students from Pre-Kindergarten right through to Year 12, equipping them for the future and ever-changing world.
Since opening our doors in 1974, Macarthur Adventist College has grown from a small two classroom school to a vibrant community filled with over 700 students.
As part of the worldwide network of Adventist schools, colleges and universities, and owned and operated by the Seventh-day Adventist Church, Macarthur Adventist College is well-placed within Sydney’s fast-growing southwest.
With our motto being Nurture for Today., Learning for Tomorrow. Character for Eternity: we strives to facilitate not only the academic development of our students, but also accelerate their social and spiritual development, so that each student is able to discover and grow in their individual gifts and abilities.
A home and school partnership...
We believe students achieve their best when they feel valued, safe and supported at school, and as such, every student is known and respected in a safe and supportive environment. With strong wellbeing and pastoral care programs to support and empower students with the skills and resources they need to flourish, both in and out of the classroom.
It is with pride that I invite you to discover more about our College. Please feel free to request more information or book a tour to discover the Adventist Advantage for yourself.
