Enrolment Procedure

Please send your completed Enrolment Application Form with relevant documentation to the school address.   

Admission is subject to approval by the School Council following a personal parent and student interview with the Principal.  Please contact the school secretary on (02) 9605 3200 to arrange an appointment for an interview.  We will advise you in writing of the outcome of your application.

Please submit a non-refundable Enrolment Deposit of $100 per child with the Application for Enrolment.  This deposit secures your child’s place in the school, providing other conditions are met.

Prekindergarten applicants must provide a bond of 4 weeks tuition refunded at the completion of the student's prekindergarten year or when the school is provided with 5 weeks notice of student's withdrawal from the school. Otherwise the bond is not refunded. The bond must be paid at time of enrolment or at registration day at the commencement of the school year.

You will need to supply copies (originals must be cited) of the following documents to support your application:

  • Birth Certificate
  • Previous School Reports
  • Immunisation Record
  • Legal documents relating to special family circumstances, eg. AVO, Family court orders.
  • Passport and visa, if applicant or parents are not citizens of Australia.
